He has been certified as a sherry educator by the CRJ (Consejo Regulador de Jerez), a cognac educator by the BNIC (Bureau Interprofessional du Cognac) and a water sommelier by the Fine Waters Academy.He has been hosting seminars, tastings, masterclasses, workshops and lectures on these topics, as well as topics related to Greek spirits, technology in bars, hospitality, Foodpairing, etc. He is the owner of Bitterbooze.com, Greece’s longest-running drinks specialized website (circa 2011), but also a drinks editor for the country’s various other media (print and web).
