Classic gin infused with tarragon, cloves, green apple, parsley cordial, fresh lemon & lime juice, Italian dry vermouth. Herbs like Tarragon and Parsley, generally called Kanachi in Armenian, are such common ingredients in Armenian cuisine and are present in heaps on most Armenian lunch and dinner tables. Green, “Kanach” in Armenia, is the color of spring as trees and plants turn beautifully colorful again, bringing Yerevan back to life. Jack's Pub is located on Gevorg Kochar street, named after the architect whose most famous work is Sevan's Writer's House, and is a street lined with large green trees in the spring and summer - the inspiration for our unique cocktail.
